Semi-rigid perimeter panels. Flexible internal gussets. Maintains thin shape when empty, expands as needed under load.
3. Materials & finishes
1. Outer shell Dark grey full-grain or top-grain leather. Thickness: 1.6–1.8 mm. Matte finish (no shine).
2. Stitching & accents Dark yellow (not gold!) thread. Double-stitch on stress points. Bar-tacks at strap anchors.
3. Zips Water-resistant coated zips. Metal or high quality plastic, thicker size. Dark yellow zip tapeand matte black pullers.
4. Inner lining Waterproof textile (contains any liquid leak to the compartment it leaked into). Colour: light grey with black stitching. Seam-sealed where feasible
